Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, participating in "The Bounty Hunt" event, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in the event.

2. Event Participation

2.1 Eligibility

To participate in The Bounty Hunt, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a current university student or recent graduate
• Purchase a valid ticket through Quse
• Follow all event rules and guidelines

2.2 Team Formation

Participants will be assigned to teams based on university affiliation or location. Team assignments are at the discretion of 4 O'Clock Club organizers and are final.

2.3 Event Rules

• All participants must start at a Zone 1 station by 15:55
• The hunt begins at 16:00 and ends at 17:30
• Points submitted after 18:01 do not count
• Participants must find and scan at least 3 fugitives to qualify
• All participants must arrive at the finish location by 17:30

3. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Respect TFL Staff: Always be respectful to Transport for London staff and follow their instructions
• Respect Public Passengers: Do not obstruct or inconvenience other passengers
• No Running: Running on platforms or in stations is strictly prohibited
• No Vandalism: Do not damage or deface any property
• Follow Laws: Comply with all local laws and regulations
• Fair Play: No cheating, collusion, or manipulation of the scoring system
• Safety First: Prioritize your safety and the safety of others at all times

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event without refund.

4. Liability and Waiver

4.1 Assumption of Risk

Participation in The Bounty Hunt involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Travel on public transportation
• Walking and navigating in urban environments
• Interactions with other participants and the public
• Potential accidents or injuries

By participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the event.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

4 O'Clock Club, its organizers, creators, and partners shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in The Bounty Hunt, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or death
• Property damage
• Lost or stolen items
• Transportation delays or cancellations
• Technical failures or errors

4.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4 O'Clock Club and its organizers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the event or violation of these terms.

5. Tickets and Refunds

5.1 Ticket Purchase

Tickets are sold through Quse, a third-party ticketing platform. All ticket purchases are subject to Quse's terms and conditions.

5.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date
• No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event
• Refunds are subject to Quse's refund policy
• In case of event cancellation, full refunds will be issued

5.3 Ticket Transfer

Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from 4 O'Clock Club organizers.

6. Scoring and Leaderboard

6.1 Point System

• Token: 1 point
• Task: 2 points
• Bounty: 3-7 points (varies by creator and location)

6.2 Leaderboard

Leaderboards are updated in real-time during the event. All scoring decisions are final and at the discretion of event organizers.

6.3 Disputes

Any disputes regarding scoring must be submitted to your Handler via WhatsApp within 10 minutes of the disputed action. Decisions by organizers are final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and event materials, are the property of 4 O'Clock Club and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any event content without prior written permission.

8. Photography and Media

By participating in The Bounty Hunt, you consent to being photographed or filmed. 4 O'Clock Club may use these images and videos for promotional purposes, including social media and future event marketing.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform event organizers at the start of the event.

9. Event Modifications and Cancellation

4 O'Clock Club reserves the right to:

• Modify event rules, locations, or timing
• Cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond our control
• Remove participants who violate these terms
• Make final decisions on all event-related matters

In case of cancellation, we will notify participants as soon as possible and issue refunds as outlined in Section 5.2.

Your use of our website and participation in the event is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued participation in the event after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
